Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse the store, and add the items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Proceed to Checkout' and you will be taken to PayPal to complete your transaction. You can pay via PayPal or credit card.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order.  Provided an email address is given, we will email you to inform you your order has been dispatched.

Postage & Packaging

There is a standard charge of £2.50 for postage throughout the UK.

Delivery Schedule

We aim to deliver your order within 7-10 working days using Royal Mail, First Class service.

Out of Stock

If an item is out of stock, you will be informed by email usually within 48 hours of receipt of your order. You will have the choice to wait for it to be sent ahead at a later date or to cancel your order if you do not wish to wait. 

Privacy Policy

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any third parties.

 Refund

In the unlikely event that a product is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of your receipt of the product, at sarah@sarahgrayimage.co.uk. We will offer to replace the product and will post that to you as per the delivery timeframe above. Should you require a refund if a product is out of stock and you do not wish to wait for it, you will be refunded to the payment card used for the transaction within 7-10 working days from refund request. We regret we are not able to refund postage charges.
